Our 500 limit for 2024 has now been reached but it is definitely worth adding your name to our waiting list, as places do become available for a variety of reasons.

There will be NO entries on the day.

Reduced fee place - Bring a Volunteer:

If you would like ta reduced price place, we hold a small number of Volunteer Entry places for runners that have a friendly, willing, volunteer to help out on race day. If you are interested in one of these places, please send Victoria an email and she will direct you to our online Volunteer Entry Form, where you will be able to sign up at a discounted price of £16. You will be asked to add the details of your willing volunteer. (We then get in touch with all volunteers in September to confirm plans.)

As stated above, Race Entry fee is non-refundable, however, if you enter the Stampede but for any reason are unable to take part, or wish to give your place to another runner, please refer to our WITHDRAWAL / TRANSFER POLICY.

Transferring to another runner:
We understand that for some people, personal circumstances will change as their 2024 plans evolve. If you have a place for the 2024 Stampede (6th October 2024) and wish to transfer this to another runner, this can be managed through the 'My Dashboard' page - the link will be on your confirmation email - up until the 30th September 2024. There is no admin fee for transferring.

Deferring to next years event:
The deadline for deferring your place to the following years event is currently 1st August 2023. This can also be managed from the 'My Dashboard' page. This deadline may (or may not) be extended depending on the situation of the waiting list.
